1. Shipping
Methods and Costs:
We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) within the U.S. Standard shipping is included in subscription fees. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. International shipping may incur duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Processing Time:
Orders process within 2–3 business days. Monthly subscription boxes ship around the 1st of each month.
Delivery Estimates:
U.S. deliveries: 3–7 business days
International deliveries: Longer, depending on customs
Delays may occur due to carriers or customs. We’ll notify you if this happens.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be sent to your email when your order ships. For lost or damaged shipments, contact info@zenbalancebox.com within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
2. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility:
Due to the personalized, natural, and homemade nature of our items (e.g., crystals, essential oils), returns are limited. Unopened boxes may be returned within 14 days of receipt for quality issues only (e.g., damaged items). We do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.
Process:
Email info@zenbalancebox.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos. If approved, we’ll provide a return label. Return shipping is free for defective items; otherwise, customers are responsible for return costs.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, minus shipping and restocking fees (if applicable). Subscription refunds are not available for boxes that have already shipped; cancellations only apply to future shipments.
Exchanges:
For damaged items, we will send replacements at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, custom items, or hygiene-related products (e.g., oils) are final sale.
